City County Courthouse
The City of Sullivan is the County seat of Sullivan County. The Sullivan County Courthouse is located in the center of our downtown City Square and is the center of activity for our town and our county.
This Courthouse has achieved a designation on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in the early 1920's, the Courthouse is recognized for its Beaux Arts architectural style. Architects and builders were Walter Heath and John Bayard.
The Courthouse has three stories and a basement. The beautiful rotunda spans the first through third floor and affords an interesting view from the bottom to the top of all three floors.
