AFFORDABLE AND SAFE HOUSING SOLUTIONS IN SULLIVAN
The Sullivan Housing Authority provides safe, affordable housing options for qualifying residents within the City of Sullivan. The agency oversees multiple apartment communities designed to serve adults, seniors, and families, and works to ensure fair access, responsible property management, and supportive services for all tenants.
The Housing Authority is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Mayor of Sullivan. Current board members include: Dawn Buskirk,
Robert Medsker, Jim Connor, Linda Powell, Heather Dubree, and Donna Moody. The Director of the Housing Authority is Erica Crawley.
The Sullivan Housing Authority’s Mission Is To Provide Safe, Decent, Attractive And Affordable Housing, And To Create Opportunities For Residents By Encouraging Self-Sufficiency And Economic Independence; And To Assure Integrity To All Programs.

Adult residents without children may apply. Minimum age: 18 or older for females, 21 or older for males.

How to Apply
You may apply for housing by completing a Housing Authority application. Applications are available for download using the button below. Once completed, please return your application in person, along with all required documentation listed on the front page of the form.

Eligibility:
Adult residents with at least one child may apply for the family housing units listed below.

• 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units

Sullivan Manor Extension

• 16 family apartments
• 2 and 3 bedroom units
