The Director and Leasing offices of the Housing Authority are located at 200 North Court Street (Sunrise Towers)
The Board of Directors for the Housing Authority is appointed by our Mayor and the members are: Jean McMahan, Robert Medsker, Jim Connor, Linda Powell, Heather Dubree, Kris Hancock, and Donna Moody.

Eligibility Requirements
Adult residents without children may apply for any of the three high rise properties listed below. (Minimum age to qualify is 18 or older for females and age 21 or older for males.)
Sunrise Towers (high rise):
These apartments are located at 200 Sunrise Towers (in the 200 block of North Court Street) and offer 92 private apartments (downtown vicinity).
Court Plaza (high rise):
These apartments are located in the 100 block of North Court Street and offer 54 private apartments (downtown vicinity).
Parkview Terrace (high rise):
These apartments are located at intersection of Stewart Street and Leach Street and offer 66
private apartments (near Sullivan County Park and Lake on the east side of the City).

Family Housing
Eligibility Requirements
Adult resident(s) with a child or children may apply for the family housing listed below.
Sullivan Manor (family housing):
These apartments are located at 311 Stewart Court and offer 30 private apartments for families, consisting of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units (east side of the City).
Sullivan Manor Extension (family housing):
These apartments are located at 311 Stewart Court and offer 16 private apartments for families, consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom units (same location, east side of the City).
