Located at 16 S. Court Street,on the west side of City Square, the Art Guild has been organized for many years and in March of 2013, the Guild opened a gallery to showcase their works on the City Square.  

This gallery is a welcome addition to our downtown, and it is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The gallery accepts art from Guild members and other practicing artists in our area. Art classes are offered for children and adults. Occasionally the gallery has special guests from outside of our area to present shows.

 

Many of the works of art are for sale by the artists and include items of various styles and prices, including hand-crafted note cards for $5. Paintings, ceramics, photography, hand-crafted furniture, and hand-crafted jewelry are among the items for sale.

 

Visitors are always welcome at the gallery during regular hours and for special events.
